We have been notified that the extracts are expected to complete by approximately midnight tonight.
All processes should be running on Aleph, but we are still asking that all libraries restrict activity as much as possible until the extracts have been completed. This means mainly batch jobs and database updates that tend to slow down the data extract process.
Since it is working on the MHS extracts, they are asked to restrict all CAT (and ACQ) activity until the extracts are done.
We will send out another update when the extracts have been completed and normal activity can resume.

I have started the batch_queues against the request from Ex Libris. I was told that by having them running, it would slow the extract way down for the last library MHS. I have not been given an updated estimate of when they expect the final extract to finish.
In the meantime, please restrict activity as much as possible until we are notified that the extract has finished. However, the batch queues are no longer down for some urgent ILL processing to complete or other necessary work that cannot wait.
When I am notified of an estimate of extract completion by leaving the process up, I may need to shut the job_list and batch queues down overnight, but plan to leave it up tonight through tomorrow.
