A full day of industry-specific insights kicks off the morning of Sunday, October 1, with additional industry content throughout the week. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
Executive Programs attendees have a priority booking window that begins on May 4 at 12:00 p.m. noon EDT.
General Attendee reservations will open May 11 at 12:00 p.m. noon EDT.
Please note you must be registered for the event in order to book a hotel reservation.
To make a hotel reservation, please log back into your registration profile in your gartner.com account by CLICKING HERE.
From your account you will be able to enter your desired check-in/out dates and choose from a list of available hotels. Please note, hotel rooms are assigned within our real-time inventory system and are first-come, first-served, based on availability. All reservations must be made with Gartner and cannot be booked directly with the affiliated hotels. For more detailed instructions on how to make a reservation please visit our Booking Guide.

Public- Sector Hotel Rooms
Gartner is pleased to offer rooms at the current GSA per diem rate at a majority of our hotels. The GSA per diem rate is subject to change if and when the rates are adjusted by the government for 2017. All reservations made at the GSA per diem rate are subject to review and require you to present official identification of U.S. public sector status at the time of check in. Please refer to the Hotel FAQ for more details on GSA per diem qualifications.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
From the time of booking you have 3 business days to cancel your reservation without penalty. Cancellations made outside of this window will be charged a non-refundable one night stay. All cancellations made after 5:00p.m. EDT on Friday, September 1 will be charged the full minimum night stay. Please note, public sector rooms are subject to the same terms and conditions.
Prior to September 1 at 5:00p.m. EDT should you need to cancel a hotel reservation you can do so by emailing [email protected]. You can also cancel your reservation by logging into your event registration in your gartner.com profile or by calling the Symposium/ITxpo Housing Team at 1-866-405-2511. After September 1 cancellations and changes will need to be made directly with the hotel.
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and will be subject to the cancellation penalty.
Minimum Stay Policy
All reservations made at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin requires a minimum 4 night stay. There a minimum 3 night stay required at all of the other Symposium/ITxpo hotels.

Travel Information
Parking and Local Transportation
We offer complimentary shuttles to/from the official Gartner Symposium/ITxpo hotels. Shuttles will run every 10-20 minutes throughout the event hours. On the evening of the special event shuttles will return to the hotels on each of the bus routes as well as the ESPN Wide World of Sports Touchdown parking lot.
There is no onsite parking so if you elect to drive there is complimentary parking at the ESPN Wild World of Sports Touchdown parking lot and take complimentary shuttle to the Dolphin Hotel.
Airport Transfers
All attendees are responsible for making their own ground transportation arrangements to/from the airport. If you are staying at one of the Symposium/ITxpo Hotels we are pleased to offer discounted rates on arrangements made with Mears Transportation.

Please visit our Disney Microsite, which enables attendees, as well as those friends and family members traveling with you, to individually purchase specially priced Disney Meeting & Convention Tickets. They’re available for purchase for pre- and post-conference stays, too. Discounts are only available until 9pm EDT on September 30, 2017, so book your tickets now!
