Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2016 will take place 6 - 10 November 2016, at the CCIB (Centre Convencions Internacional Barcelona). A full day of industry-specific insights kicks off on Sunday, November 6, at 11 a.m, with additional industry content throughout the week. Please plan your travel arrangements accordingly. Transportation will be provided daily to and from the hotels listed here.
Executive Programs Members: Hotel reservations will open on 25 May 2016 at 12:00 p.m. GMT. You must be registered for Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2016 in order to book a hotel reservation. Contact your service delivery team for information if you would like to register.
All Attendees: Hotel reservations will open on 1 June 2016 at 12:00p.m. GMT. You must be registered for Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2016 in order to book a hotel reservation.
To make a hotel reservation, please log back into your registration profile in your gartner.com account and select “Make Hotel Reservation.” Here you will be able to check hotel availability by entering your desired hotel and your check-in/out dates. Please note, hotel rooms are assigned within our real-time inventory system and are first-come, first-served, based on availability. All reservations must be made with Gartner and cannot be booked directly with the hotels.
Hotel Cancellation Policy
By making your hotel reservation through Gartner EMEA Events Registration you expressly agree that after close of business (17:00 hrs GMT) on Wednesday 19 October 2016, your credit card will be charged for the full reservation with no refund in the event of cancellation or partial reduction of stay. Should you cancel your reservation prior to 17:00hr GMT on Wednesday 19 October 2016 no penalties will be incurred. Any cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] or done online via your registration profile.
Failure to check-in on your scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire reservation and will be subject to the cancellation penalty.
