The widowed patriarch Ben Cartwright had three sons, each by a different wife: the oldest was the urbane architect Adam Cartwright, who built the ranch house. Batteries Not Included is a film that I put together early this year, after I made the film I did not know what to do with it because it is so much different than the Experimental art films that I am most known for doing. I decided to release this film on the internet and I thought the best place to do this would be right here on the Internet Archives. About the Film: Almost as long as I have been a filmmaker I have also been a film collector. I have for many years wanted to assemble a...

An old interview of Bruce Lee. The episode was filmed in 1971 and got losed, in 1994 they found it and aired the episode as a tv special under ''Bruce Lee: The Lost Interview''. All American pictures made before 1989 without a copyright renewel fell in the public domain,Because this interview was lost for so long it never gotten a copyright renewel. So it is automaticly public domain.

A Classic 1950's Commercial for Post's Sugar Crisps. Cheap, but cute. DISCLAIMER: This video does not represent the quality of major Hollywood cartoons of the time. Nor does it represent the quality of major Tele-cartoons of the time ("Clutch Cargo" didn't air until several years after this commercial, so it doesn't count. Then again, "Clutch Cargo" was already crap by the standards of it's time). Heck, it stinks by the standards of most advertising cartoons of the time....

The New Adventures of Sherlock Holmes "The Case of the Texas Cowgirl" Originally aired November 8, 1954. Minnie O'Malley, a cowgirl in a travelling rodeo, seeks help from Sherlock Holmes--to remove a dead body from her hotel room! Strangely, Holmes seems to be more than happy to comply. Suspects range from a Blackfoot Indian, the owner of the rodeo Bison Jack, and a meek salesman across the hall. Easily the most ridiculous episode of the entire series.

Rare 1949 episode of the TV series "Captain Video and His Video Rangers". The show is about a "Space Captain" and his "Video Ranger" who must the galaxy from the evil Dr. Pauli. . The show was live, which would explain the missed cues. Most episodes are presumed lost. The series was never liked by TV critics, though proved popular with children. Later seasons had improved writing. However, as corny as the show was, it did prove influential on later series....

Barbara Eden stars in this made-for-TV movie. She looks great, especially frolicking in a bikini and numerous other outfits. There is also some sort of plot involving an international jewel thief (Stuart Whitman) and a new husband (Robert Vaughn}.

1956 episode of "The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet", the 2nd longest running American sitcom of all time. This is a Christmas-themed episode. "Ozzie and Harriet" never reached the top 10 in the ratings, But steading ratings made sure that it out-lived many more better-known shows, and it's gentle corny humor made it popular with kids. Overall it's a classic show that has aged well. NOTE: This copy is a mid-60's re-run print, and features different commercials to the...

The only PD episode of Burke's Law. Episode Title: "Who Killed Jason Shaw" S1 E15 This show was originally set to air on 22 November 1963. It was pushed back by the network's coverage of John F Kennedy's assassination. This film is in the public domain because its copyright was not renewed in 1991, which was the necessary time for any film with a date in notice of 1963.

A Classic Commercial for Kellogg's Sugar Smacks that aired during 1954. This is from an episode of "Super Circus", the complete telecast can also be found on IA. This classic commercial features Mary Hartline, a popular television personality at the time due to her friendly screen personality, which appealed to both kids and their fathers. This is not really Mary Hartline at her best, but it is still a moderately enjoyable commercial. WARNING: Don't watch this if you are afraid of...

The Superman production company donated this special 18 minute episode to the US Treasury to help promote school stamp day savings plans to children. This is the only episode of the series that has entered the public domain. It features all of the hallmarks that made the original 1950s Superman series so memorable.
