The Anglican-Old Catholic International Co-ordinating Council (AOCICC) met in the Carmelite Monastery in Ghent, Belgium, from 7-11 June 2016. The meeting was hosted by the Anglican Communion. This was the fourth meeting of the Council under its current mandate.

The Anglican-Lutheran International Coordinating Committee (ALICC) held its fourth meeting in Adelaide, Australia, 25 to 31 May 2016, under the leadership of Bishop Michael Pryse of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada and Bishop Tim Harris of the Anglican Church of Australia, co-chairs.

This newsletter starts with the Editorial exploring the theology of the Cross where Christ’s strength is revealed in weakness. So what makes a strong family, strong family relationships and a strong Church? This is an important question when ‘strength’ can so easily mask abuses of power.
