What is AMC Live?

It is a live stream of AMC’s on-air content, available on amc.com. Viewers with TV providers that serve the full episode and AMC Live service, and whose package includes the AMC channel, may access AMC Live on amc.com.

Why must I log in with my TV account username/password to watch full episodes and AMC Live on amc.com?

Full episodes and AMC Live are offered as a benefit to TV subscribers whose provider serves the amc.com full episode and AMC Live service and whose package includes the AMC channel. We require a TV login to confirm your access. Please note: amc.com does occasionally make select full episodes available without requiring login.

Which full episodes are available on amc.com?

Typically, you can watch the most recent episodes of in-season AMC shows currently on-air. New episodes become available on amc.com the day after they premiere on AMC and are available for a limited duration. If a show is not in season, you will not usually find episodes on amc.com, except during special catch-up opportunities.

How can I watch full episodes and AMC Live on amc.com?

You must login with your TV subscription ID and password. If you are unsure whether you have a username/password for your TV company or you've forgotten them, you can recover both by contacting your TV provider.

Please note: You must have a TV provider that supports AMC's full episode and AMC Live service and you must have AMC as part of your TV package. (See the list of currently supported providers above.)

When you click to watch AMC Live or a full episode, you will be offered the opportunity to log in using the username/password associated with your TV account.

Do I need an amc.com account to watch full episodes and AMC Live online?

No, you do not need an amc.com account to watch full episodes and AMC Live. You only need the username and password associated with your TV account. Click here for more details.

By signing up for an amc.com account, you can resume full episodes where you left off, receive AMC tune-in reminders, and discuss your favorite shows with other fans.

What if my TV provider isn't listed among those currently supported by amc.com?

If your current TV provider does not provide the full episodes and AMC Live service, please check back periodically at amc.com to see if they've been added. We are currently working on bringing new providers on board.

Does amc.com offer full episodes that do not require a login?

Sometimes individual episodes are offered without login requirements during limited promotional periods.

I logged on using my TV provider username/password but when I attempt to play a full episode or watch AMC Live I get an error message that says I am not authorized to view this content. What does this mean?

If you have seen this message, it means that you are either a customer of a supported TV company but not a customer who subscribes to AMC, your subscription is for Internet only, or parental control settings are blocking this content. Therefore, you cannot access the full episode or AMC Live online. If you believe you have received this message in error, please contact your TV company and confirm that you are subscribing to AMC.

Are full episodes and AMC Live on amc.com available internationally?

Currently, AMC's full episodes are available in the United States, Canada and U.S. territories including American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, US Military, United States Minor Outlying Islands and US Virgin Islands.

Which mobile devices are supported by amc.com?

All of amc.com is mobile friendly. Videos and AMC Live will play back in a web browser on supported iOS and Android devices. (Flash is not needed for mobile devices.)

Can I simultaneously sign into multiple devices?

Yes, you can simultaneously sign into multiple devices of the same platform but your TV provider may restrict a maximum number of allowed devices for concurrent streaming.

Does amc.com offer closed-captioned episodes and live content?

You can always count on AMC originals being closed-captioned whatever device you use. AMC is committed to providing closed captioning for our hearing-impaired viewers.

What are the system requirements to watch episodes and AMC Live on my computer?

In order to watch episodes and AMC Live on Windows or Mac OS, you will need to have Flash installed.

Do I need to be connected to the Internet or Wi-Fi to access full episodes and AMC Live?

Yes, you will need a broadband connection (LAN, DSL or cable modem) to watch content on Windows or Mac OS. For mobile devices, you will need a Wi-Fi connection or a 3G connection or higher.

When I watch an episode or AMC Live online, the video player suddenly stops working. What should I do?

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with our video player, please make sure you have the correct system requirements. Also, please try closing your web browser then reopening it and signing in again. If the problem persists, please contact us at [email protected] giving detailed information including your TV provider and web browser (including version number).

When I watch full episodes, the video player displays a blank screen and no video controls. What should I do?

If you are having difficulty accessing the video player, please check if you are using ad-blocking software. If so, please disable it while watching full episodes on amc.com, restart your browser and sign in with your TV provider.

When is my favorite AMC show on?

You can see when AMC’s original series air by consulting the schedule page. Simply enter a title into the SEARCH FULL SCHEDULE box and click SEARCH. If the show is scheduled within the next 2 weeks, it will appear with the air date and time.

Can I submit a story idea to AMC or request a role on an AMC series?

Due to a number of factors, including volume of email and legal issues, AMC cannot accept unsolicited creative submissions or requests for roles.

How do I get AMC?
