@Rathony E.L.L. seems to be different from any other stack exchange website in that it's not meant for experts. Judging from the thread MetaEd linked me, that seems to be the reason it was initially shut down: The differentiation is insufficient for the S.E. model of making websites for experts to answer questions. One of the problems with the experts only approach made itself painfully evident when good questions were mercilessly closed for being too simple or otherwise defective.

Q: Does formal speech make you sound unfriendly?

Anthony45I heard using always using formal speech makes you seem distant. I just want to know why?

I flagged it as P.O.B.

@MetaEd Yes, poor questions should be closed very quickly so that it won't generate poor answers.
@Tonepoet I don't think SE is meant for experts. It is meant for experts and amateurs. However, the way users ask a question should be "I researched this and that and can you explain this?" rather than "Can you explain this?". That's the clear line that should be kept on all SE sites.
@Tonepoet Also, the way users answer a question should be "Based on this research and reference / examples, the answer is this" rather than "The answer is this".

@MetaEd Ah, I forgot to mention this yesterday, but as the link on Japanese Meta shows, I think it is better for moderators not to review anything on users' review queues.

@MetaEd Is the linked answer "not an answer" or "low quality" or "just downvotable"?
