Subreddit Rules
Respect the reddiquette.
Do not request for a skin to be made for you, unless you are asking on the weekly help thread.
Posting Rules
- Provide all download links for any skins, wallpapers, etc. in your post.
- Make a title that describes the look and design of your post, try to be objective.
- Give credit where credit is due. If you worked on a project with someone else, please give them credit for their work.
- Flair your posts appropriately, correctly, and in a timely manner.
Terminology
- An original content (OC) project submission is a completed Rainmeter skin that has been created by you and you only. If it is a collaboration project, be sure to assign credit where it is due. The project can contain content that is inspired by other skins. However, an OC project is not just a combination of other visual plugins and skins. When submitting an OC project, you must provide download links to the skin, plugins, visualizers, and the default wallpaper shown in the demo/submission of the OC project.
- An OC WIP submission, or an original content project that is a work-in-progress, is a Rainmeter skin that you are currently working on. Again, the project is created by you (unless it's a collaboration project), and it cannot just be a combination of other skins and visual plugins. When submitting an OC WIP post, you do not have to provide download links to the visual plugins or skins.
- Your post isn't in the New Queue after 10-30 minutes of posting.
- If you wish to report abuse or rulebreaking.
- If you wish to obtain the OC Submitter Flair
- If you have any feedback for us! We're all ears!
