I grew up in NY…the state…not the city. I’m continually reminded that they’re two completely different things! I spent a decade in Nashville eating BBQ and listening to country music. I’ve been in LA 5 years and now eat avocados & quinoa (pronounced keen-wah) while listening to the sweet, sweet sounds of horns honking on the 405.
