Twitter has teamed up with @ChallengePost to sponsor a hackathon that will bring sports fans closer to their favorite teams.
Connect with Your Team is part of Summer Jam, a series of eight online hackathons open to everyone around the world. The event runs through July 6, 2015 and we are giving away some great prizes including:
