    The Cybertruck is cool, and I *do* like it. But, it’s cold, sterile, and looks like it would be depressing to live with. This truck is the opposite.

    I think it’s fair to say that is a bit like George Carlin, in the fact that he scraps his previous works and successes to focus not just on what’s next, but what is also new.

    I’m going out on a limb and say illustrators don’t feel valued enough. Dismissing any concern (real or imagined) perhaps isn’t fair. That said, IMO, there is no way a free resource can ever come close to the value they provide.

    Design Twitter upset about giving back to the community with free resources. My take: We’ve been doing this for years. It doesn’t ruin peer careers. It reduces shit clients. It promotes a creators work & builds reputation. It helps others & encourages more ppl to give back too.

    Special thanks to and for sticking it out until the 11th hour. The pressure has been intense (understatement), and I respect their decision to wait until there’s regulatory clarity for to proceed, vs. the invoked threats (by many) on their biz.
