You can start with one product or multiple products. You can add or remove products on the Intercom platform at any time.
Each product has a ‘Standard’ plan and a ‘Lite’ plan. For teams that are smaller or are new to Intercom, the ‘Lite’ plan offers fewer features. You can upgrade or downgrade between a product’s ‘Standard’ and ‘Lite’ plans at any time.
Pricing for each product is based on the number of 'People' tracked in Intercom. There are two types of 'People'—'Leads' and 'Users'.
A ‘Lead’ is a unique visitor to your website that starts a conversation with you via the Intercom Messenger. You need our Acquire product to use the Intercom Messenger on your website to chat with logged out users.
A ‘User’ is typically a registered user of your web or mobile app that logs in. If a 'Lead' signs up to your product (and the cookie we use to track them is present in the browser) they then become a 'User' in Intercom.
'Leads' and 'Users' can be imported via CSV. You can delete 'Leads' and 'Users' at any time.
Your price can increase or decrease based on the total number of tracked ‘People’ increasing or decreasing.
