"Practitioners"
are responsible for planning and/or execution as well as continuous improvement of TOC related applications that have already been implemented at a company.		 "Implementers"
are responsible for the design and implementation of the new rules and related logistical systems, processes and metrics of one or more of the TOC applications.

"Implementer Fast Track"
means the experienced TOC implementer will be able to "by-pass” the normal qualification criteria.
 "Academics"
are responsible for teaching TOC applications to practitioners and or implementers.

Demonstrate expert level synthesis & evaluation ability in leading the IMPLEMENTATION of one or more specific TOC applications by submitting case study of actual implementation

Publish Case Study
Publish an article based on an actual TOC case study application in a peer reviewed (academic or practitioner) journal.  Similar to the tracks of the implementer track, the academic must conduct the case study analysis from on-site interviews
