In addition to managing middleware software running on-premises, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control can also manage all services that are running on the Oracle Cloud Machine or Oracle Cloud - whether those services are middleware, database, infrastructure or hardware based. Oracle's unique management solution enables the Oracle Cloud Machine to bring the Oracle Cloud to customer data centers; provides administration and configuration capabilities to Oracle Middleware and Database Services, and allows for workload management between the Oracle Cloud Machine, Oracle Cloud and On-Premises environments. Oracle Enterprise Manager simplifies the journey to the Cloud by allowing administrators to manage all of their assets from a single management console. In order to manage the Oracle Cloud Machine from Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, be sure to use the latest Enterprise Manager for Oracle Virtual Infrastructure Plug-in which is available via Self Update or here on OTN.
