It's a final project for school. I've asked about it, and really don't know what to do... the instructor says that the disclaimer should start hidden. On my screen, it does.

1. The tab is supposed to visible at all times (but not sticky), toggle the disclaimer out, and slide to the center (or just stay on the right side) of the web page.

2. I can get the first description to toggle for Chamomile, but the next herb under it, is supposed to be next to it, to the right. Like display:in-line block. But I can't even seem to get it to function. Overall, there's supposed to be four different herbs, in a grid/gallery-like structure . . and I just really have no idea how to fix it.

I've tried just using two toggle functions on a blank page, and can't seem to get that to work either.

I don't want somebody to just code it for me, I'd really like an explanation, in dumb-dumb terms. Javascript and jQuery are something I've never even dabbled in until 2-3 weeks ago.
