Richard Gilder Center for Science, Education, and Innovation
The New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, as lead agency, conducted the City Environmental Quality Review (CEQR) public scoping meeting for the Gilder Center project at the Museum on April 6, 2016. The focus of this meeting was on the scope of the analysis to be included in the Gilder Center environmental impact statement (EIS). About the Project

Design Team
Studio Gang Architects, led by Jeanne Gang, will design the Gilder Center. Ralph Appelbaum of Ralph Appelbaum Associates, who designed exhibits for the Museum's Rose Center for Earth and Space, Hall of Biodiversity, and Fossil Halls, will design the exhibition experiences.
