When I run the code in google docs, then click Solve360, then Report parameters I get an error:

Argument too large: value (line 611)

Any thoughts

Hey Gareth,

That line caches Solve360 categories to a ScriptProperties variable - this was done to improve performance. While I understand it's not ScriptProperties primary purpose - there was simply no better solution.

Things have changed since, as Google Apps Script now has the Cache Services http://googleappsdeveloper.blogspot.com/2011/11/caching-in-cloud-with-google-script.html, but we haven't adopted our Apps Script to using this new feature yet.

Judging by the error you're getting there are some undocumented ScriptProperties limits after all and/or you have really many categories in Solve360.

I suggest you pick one of the following options:

1. Try to use new Cache Services I mentioned above.
2. Rewrite the code to avoid caching - will hurt performance but probably the easiest thing to do.

If you're not a developer or don't have interest in hacking on Google Apps Script, then:

3. Reach Solve360 support team directly and we'll review it together.

Regards,
Alex.

I want to sell apps script code on google market place. Do you know anything about this?

Things like:
1) Give Apps script access to a users spreadsheet without the need to paste the code.

2) Keep market place code private, so it can be sold?

Maybe I need to switch to GWT, but was hoping for a simpler way.
