Every time I work on ArcMap on my citrix and set up all of my legend. So when I am working on editing or make any changes I want on my ArcMap. I drag my legend out of the Layout View and it would disappear. I could not find any way to get it back. This has happened a few times in the past and would like to find a way to recover it. In the past, it has not happened in PC and I am wonder if anyone out there can suggest me a way around to recover it. If you save it and rename to a new file it is still not there. What might it go wrong ?

I am using Citrix, ArcGIS 10.2.2

Is it going 'behind' something else? Right click on the data frame and anything else that may be covering it and select 'order>send to back'. – Michael Miles-Stimson Oct 19 '15 at 22:13

Tried that. It's funny that when I use that in the past without Citrix, it doesn't happened. I might have to log it off the Citrix and reboot and see if it shows up.. – PROBERT Oct 19 '15 at 22:33

I solved the problem using the Layout toolbar and use the Fixed Zoom out. I was able to recover the legend.
