New design: Rosetta
Rosetta is a completely horizontally-oriented design: the contents of the site never exceed the height of the browser window; text, images and other media can be scrolled through along the x-axis.
Text has a columnizing feature: if it does not fit in the available height, an additional column is generated, ad infinitum.
Rosetta is designed to accommodate a wide variety of display devices.

Color picker update

The color picker in the CSS Inspector now includes an opacity slider. When used to modify hexadecimal colors (e.g. #ff0033), it will convert these to RGBA (
Red Green Blue Alpha).

New design: Betelgeuse
In the
Betelgeuse Design, individual thumbnail images can be doubled in size, providing a way to create more variety in visual rhythm, and to emphasize specific works. To use, click on the + icon at the top-right of a thumbnail image (visible when logged in).
The thumbnail index uses a liquid layout that always fills the available display width.
Betelgeuse is designed to accommodate a wide variety of display devices.

New design: Copernicus
Copernicus is one of our ‘Feed’-based designs — Projects are loaded onto a vertically scrolling page which continues to load new projects as you scroll. It’s structured into two sections — Feed and Index — which you can rename in your Display Options.
Images on the page adjust their width: if an image is larger than the available width inside the browser, it is scaled down, while never scaling larger than its original size.
Copernicus is designed to accommodate a wide variety of display devices.

New design: Cassini
Cassini (a
Copernicus derivative) is one of our ‘Feed’-based designs — Projects are stacked onto a vertically scrolling page, spread over multiple columns if there is enough space inside the browser window.
Images on the page adjust their width: if an image is larger than the available width inside the browser, it is scaled down, while never scaling larger than its original size.
Cassini is designed to accommodate a wide variety of display devices.

Image handling overhaul
We've completely redone Cargo's image handling: we now store many size variants of the images you upload so that we can choose the most appropriate version in different display contexts, devices, resolutions, screens sizes, etc.
