Peter Armstrong has over a decade of experience as a software developer, much of it at Silicon Valley startups. He founded Ruboss, the company that created Leanpub, in 2008. Peter is also the author of 4 books, including Lean Publishing and Programming for Kids.

Scott is a programmer and web developer. He has a MSc in Physics from the University of British Columbia. He joined Ruboss as a co-founder in 2009, and created Leanpub with Peter in 2010. Scott is the author of The S3 Cookbook.

Len Epp wrote his DPhil in English Literature at Balliol College, Oxford, and then transitioned to investment banking in London, specializing in M&A in the utilities sector. Before joining Leanpub to lead Customer Development, he co-founded an artsy nonprofit in Montreal. He enjoys wearing the seemingly contradictory hats of resident corporate finance and literary type person at Leanpub. He is serially publishing a comic novel satirizing nationalist literary culture.
