Acquia Lift lets you track customers' behavior throughout their buying journey — from anonymous visitor to loyal, repeat customer. Acquia Lift allows you to create a unified customer profile for each individual, based on their interactions with your website, and optionally incorporate data from other channels (such as email) using the omni-channel add-on. Using these profiles, Acquia Lift adaptively segments customers in real-time, letting you deliver personalized content that furthers your website visitors' engagement with your brand.

Acquia Lift includes the following components to help you better engage with your website visitors:

  • Acquia Lift Drupal

Instead of having to use a separate application with its own interface and API to target content to your customers, Acquia Lift features a collection of modules that integrates tightly with Drupal 7, allowing you to leverage the Drupal skills and knowledge you've developed from maintaining your website. Using these modules, you can create personalizations that target your website's content to the segments you create using Acquia Lift Web.

  • Acquia Lift offers and recommendations

The Acquia Lift offers and recommendations portion of Acquia Lift allows you to promote your best content recommendations and offers to keep your customers engaged and coming back. These offers and recommendations can be deployed on both Drupal and non-Drupal websites, which are then administered using the Acquia Lift Web user interface.

  • Acquia Lift Web

As a cloud-based application separate from your website, Acquia Lift Web lets you search for and categorize data about each of your visitors, based on customizable criteria such as location or the content type the visitor has viewed most frequently. Acquia Lift Web allows you to organize this data into segments, or groups of criteria that visitors often have in common. For example, if your website specializes in vacation packages, a visitor who clicks on a skiing vacation and a snowboarding trip might fit into the segment you have defined as Sports Enthusiast.

Optional omni-channel add-on

You can also add the omni-channel add-on functionality to Acquia Lift, which allows you to integrate data from other systems (such as marketing automation or CRM) into Acquia Lift profiles and provides you a dedicated connection to Amazon Redshift, a cloud-based data warehouse that contains all of your Acquia Lift-hosted visitor data. With this direct access, you can use your own business intelligence tools to analyze your website visitors and discover new insights. In addition to a dedicated Redshift connection, the omni-channel add-on includes access to several Acquia Lift APIs, allowing you to exchange your visitor data with other systems.
