    No. Download the app, sign up, and start using Amazon Chime.

  • Q: How do I create an Amazon Chime account?

    You can use the Amazon Chime app to create your Amazon Chime account. The first time you use the app, you’ll be directed to create a new account, which you then use to log in.

  • Q: How do I purchase Amazon Chime?

    To purchase Amazon Chime, you’ll need an AWS account. If you don’t already have one, you can create one by visiting the AWS website.

    With your AWS account, log in to the AWS Management Console, access the Amazon Chime console, and create an Amazon Chime organization. To purchase Amazon Chime, simply assign plans to your users. You will receive a bill for all users in your Amazon Chime organizations at the end of each month.

  • Q: How does billing work for Amazon Chime?

    You pay for Amazon Chime on a per user per month basis, for the Plus and Pro tiers. You only pay for provisioned users, and there are no upfront fees and no term commitments.
