The markdown version is for SRIv1 which is a Proposed Recommendation
whereas the bikeshed version is for SRIv2 which is an Editor's Draft.

Remove potentially secure origin use and replacing with 'secure context'.

This term has been removed from the mixed content specification
so we should avoid using it anywhere in the SRI spec.
