Coinsecure is a bitcoin exchange based in India.[1][2][3][4] Also working on building Blockchain (database) ecosystem

It was founded in 2014 by Benson Samuel and Mohit Kalra.[5][6]

  • Benson Samuel – Co-Founder and CTO is a very well known personality in the Bitcoin space. He is the Moderator of the India Bitcoin Forum.
  • Mohit Kalra – Delhi based industrialist, very well connected with the core development team of Bitcoin like Jeff Garzik.
  • Elizabeth Ploshay McCauley – She has been a well-respected evangelist for the digital currency over the course of several years. A positive and open-minded approach to Bitcoin has landed her opportunities to work with prominent industry members, such as the BitGive Foundation, Bitcoin Foundation, and Bitpay, to name a few. The company created the first INR based blockchain Explorer[9]

In January 2015, the company's trading platform between INR and bitcoin went live.[10][11]

In April 2016, Coinsecure announces having raised $1.2 million [12]

August 2016, Benson Samuel interviewed on Prime time News channel by CNBC-TV18 [13]

September 2016, Coinsecure announced Partnerships with OKLink to Bring Blockchain Technology Based Remittances to India [14] [15]

In October 2016, Coinsecure launched an Android mobile app for real-time bitcoin trading.[16]
