
Adam Singolda is founder and CEO of Taboola, the leading discovery platform, serving over 750M unique users monthly.
Prior to founding Taboola in 2007, Adam developed his analytical skills while serving as an officer in an elite mathematical unit of the Israeli National Security Agency.
Adam is an honored alum of the Israeli Defense Forces’ elite computer science training program, graduated first in his class at the Officers Academy of the IDF, was named one of Israel’s top “30 under 30” business managers by TheMarker, and was recently named “Entrepreneur of the Year” by Geektime.
Adam has spoken on stage at TEDx, Collision, Kaltura Connect, Business Insider’s IGNITION, ClickZ LIVE, Advertising Week, 360i Marketing Summit, Web Summit, Landmark Ventures Media Technology Summit, Streaming Media, NAB, NewTeeVee, ELEVATE, Meetup, MIT (Sloan), Bloomberg West, and others.

Eldad leads Taboola’s worldwide operations driving the product development, sales and business development. He has two decades of track record in building technology companies in the US and in Israel. Prior to joining Taboola, Eldad held senior executive positions at BMC Software, Zend Technologies and Identify Software. At Identify Software Eldad played a key role in growing the company’s revenue from initial sales to a run-rate of over $60M.
Earlier in his career Eldad founded NextNine, a leading provider of remote support automation solutions. Eldad is a graduate of the prestigious Talpiot program at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and spent five years in Israeli intelligence.

David joined Taboola as Chief Financial Officer in March 2014. David brings 18 years of financial experience in the technology and communication industries working at high-growth, pre-IPO, and publicly traded companies. From 2011 to 2014, David served as CFO of Powermat Technologies, a leading company in the wireless power industry. Prior to Powermat Technologies, David held CFO positions at early stage and publicly traded companies, including RRsat Global Communications Ltd. and DSP Communications Inc., the latter of which was ultimately acquired by Intel for $1.6 billion.
David is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University in Israel.


Ira is responsible for evangelizing Taboola’s video discovery tools, onboarding new clients and managing all publisher relations. A veteran in the internet space, Ira has held senior leadership roles at NYTimes.com, most recently that of VP Product for NYTimes.com, covering its mobile, video, social, email, classified and editorial products. Ira previously served as Director of Business Development at NYTimes.com and as Director Business Development at theglobe.com. He has also worked in film production and distribution at New Line Cinema.
Ira has an MBA from Columbia University and BS in ComputerScience from Hofstra University.

Paul oversees new business development for Taboola with a focus on developing strategic partnerships that can help scale the company’s distribution and overall revenue. He has over fifteen years of experience building and operating digital businesses for large media companies including Discovery, Viacom and A&E Television as well as for start-ups. Prior to Taboola, Paul was SVP of global business operations for Ensequence, a leading interactive TV company, and before that he led the digital media division at A&E Television Networks. He has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School and a BA in History from Vassar College.

Stephen heads Taboola’s programmatic business unit, Taboola-X. He came to the company as part of the acquisition of Perfect Market, Inc. and has extensive experience in operations, technology product development, business development and finance. He has held positions in Idealab’s New Ventures Group and also led several of Idealab's portfolio companies, including Perfect Market. Prior to Idealab, Stephen worked in the corporate strategic planning department at Disney and trained in business development, finance and information systems at General Electric, where he completed the company’s Financial Management and Information Systems Management programs. Stephen has a BS in Computer Science and Finance from Boston College and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.



Ran Buck heads Taboola’s operations in Asia Pacific. Prior to joining Taboola, Ran was the CEO of Marcella, an international trading company for dairy and milk. Before joining Marcella, Ran held a business development executive role at IBM, driving worldwide revenue. Ran is based in Bangkok and holds a BS from the IAF Academy.

Hagai oversees Taboola’s financial, accounting and operational functions.
Prior to joining Taboola, he served as Finance and Administration manager of RSA Security Israel and as assistant controller at Oracle Israel following three years at Deloitte Israel.
Hagai is a CPA and holds B.A. , M.A. and MBA degrees from Bar-Ilan University.

Ran heads Taboola's global product marketing, online marketing and field marketing.
Prior to joining Taboola, Ran held executive marketing and product management positions at Zend, BMC Software, Identify Software, MusicGenome and others. Most recently, Ran served as VP Marketing at Leadspace, a pioneer in social lead targeting.
Ran holds an MBA from University of Manchester and BA in Computer Science and Economics from Bar-Ilan University.




A veteran lawyer with over 30 years of experience, Ezra joined Taboola in May 2015. Prior to Taboola, Ezra served as General Counsel to several technology companies, including Shopping.com (from its founding through its successful NASDAQ IPO and its subsequent sale to Ebay) and also Powermat Technologies. Previously, he was a partner in major commercial law firms in Tel Aviv and New York State.
Ezra earned his law degree at the University of Chicago. He is a member of the New York Bar and the Israel Bar Association.

Neomi is an HR expert, focused on helping Taboola obtain and maintain the best talents and creating an atmosphere of dedication, innovation and motivation among employees. She is in charge of all aspects of human resources at Taboola including recruitment, placement, evaluation, and empowerment and advises management in decision making. Before Taboola Neomi was the HR manager in Ransys LTD, and has consulted several other companies. She holds an MSc in Management Science from Recanati business school in TLV University and written a thesis on founding HR departments in Hi-tech companies.
