Every time I visit, I can’t believe this is Israel’s answer to Whitehall or Pennsylvania Avenue. The “street” that proudly hosts the Foreign Ministry, Supreme Court, no shade, and a twelve-lane highway. Jerusalem’s government quarter is such a mind-boggling missed opportunity.
