    In our exec meeting today, each person shared 2 children they had talked to this week. They told us their interests, strengths & worries. 24 students discussed each week means we will hear about 800+ students this year. at Carlingford West.

    Love borrowing tools from the business discipline. Used the SWOT analysis with the Ss today for them to identify their strengths and weaknesses. It also gave me an opportunity to learn more about them.
