Who
Candidates for Red Hat Open Innovation Labs are teams of developers, system administrators, and IT managers who are flexible, creative, and open-minded. They’re willing to solve problems in new and innovative ways. Ideal candidates are ones with the influence to share these solutions with the rest of your organization through mentoring and collaboration.
Red Hat Open Innovation Labs experts are comprised of teams from Red Hat Consulting, engineering, business units, and Global Support Services.
Why
Red Hat Open Innovation Labs can help your team understand the open source approach to development, agile workflows, and how these combine with open source tools to define a DevOps strategy.
This includes an open source infrastructure optimized for rapid application development and an agile methodology ideal for continuous integration and continuous delivery. At the end of your residency, your team will have completed an application or app feature prototype—either modernizing an existing application or developing a new one. When they return home, they’ll be equipped to share this knowledge with their peers and help spread it throughout your organization.
