Raskin's BRANZINI PROVENCAL
2 whole Branzini
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/4 Cup lemon juice
2 Tbsp white vinegar
4-6 garlic cloves crushed
2 Tbspn dried Parsley
1 Tbspn dried Basil
1 Tbspn dried Oregano
1 tspn Thyme
1 tspn Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients for the marinade and pour over your fish.
Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Broil on high for about 8/10 min on each side till the skin starts blistering.
Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
