Earlier today some of our students were arrested in #Minsk for non-violent protest in support of #LGBT+ communities. Students called for an end to prejudice placing rainbow coloured flowers at the feet of a policeman's statue.

Apropos of nothing & FWIW, I've come to the conclusion that the much maligned young (millennials, Gen X,Y, Z etc) are mostly much politer & easier to deal with in public with selfies & suchlike than middle-aged people of my generation who are often far ruder & more entitled
