Mexico had resisted the MPP program, refusing to officially acknowledge that the US was implementing it. Now, they are making it official and will help the US implement it by helping the migrants while they wait in Mexico.

But the Trump administration did get something the Mexicans had resisted for months: A dramatic expansion of MPP -- or "remain in Mexico" -- which requires asylum seekers to sit on the Mexico side of the border while their claims are adjudicated.

did not get one of his major demands of Mexico: a "safe third country" treaty that would have allowed the United States to essentially turn away all asylum seekers who did not seek refuge in Mexico first.

The insane rants against underscore how irrational the conversation can be. She has done more to expose this president’s actions than any other person, yet with exacting fairness. The left should be thanking her for toughness. The right should welcome her objectivity.

It’s really great TV. Can’t wait for the next season. Have you watched Counterpart? It got canceled after season two. But the two seasons are well worth it.
