Update: Julie Weinberg-Connors has been allowed to pass through after signing, under duress, that they would not go into 'Palestinian controlled areas' at risk of legal action and deportation.

They began by saying that she was illegally immigrating... When her lawyer reminded them she is Jewish they said that the civil administration does not want her in Israel. Her lawyer repeatedly told them they don't operate inside Israel. They kept repeating this.

BREAKING: A progressive American Jewish woman just landed at Ben Gurion airport with an A1 visa, with Aliyah papers in progress. She has been denied entry by the Ministry of Interior telling her lawyer that the civil administration doesn't want her in Israel.
