Exactly the same in the UK. We fully protect 0.001% of seas around the British Isles, and only 1% from bottom trawling and dredging. But our government says 25% of the sea is in marine protected areas. We have the world's most comprehensive network of paper parks. twitter.com/liviaesterhazy…
