Hubstaff was made to sync with GitHub to allow time tracking on issues and works on Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
Integrate GitHub with Hubstaff Now

The Hubstaff app integrated with GitHub allows you to effeciently manage your team with screenshots, activity percentages, work notes, and exportable reports. The lightweight application will run silently in your team's background and not disturb them. It is compatible with Mac, Linux, and Windows.
GitHub repositories link with Hubstaff projects through oAuth authorization. After approving this authorization, you'll be ready to start connecting your team and enable them to start tracking time on their issues.

Hubstaff notes allow your team to explain what they are working on. They can enter the notes from the app itself or in their Hubstaff account. You can view these notes in the reports section in Hubstaff and include them in exported reports.

In Hubstaff's reporting section, you are able to view time spent on different GitHub issues, activity percentages, and any notes that were entered. Filter by user, project, or date range, and export the reports in PDF form or email them directly from Hubstaff.
