It will be a great help for marketers to manage the reviews for their clients and we find the restriction in an application we are building for our client.

I would love to see this option added as well. Users generally make decisions based on the most recent online reviews. 

This feature is needed badly.. we can't do much with only 5 reviews.. a notification when a new review hits would be priceless....

Having the ability to sort by "latest" would take this API to the next level. This modification is badly needed, please give us a status on this ASAP.

+1 for this feature. I would need this urgently as well. The "5 most helpful" are not very useful at all.

This is a badly needed feature for Google to keep up. We can drive reviews much better with this feature. Is there any update on this yet?

Just use the same ordering options your own user interface provides. Most helpful, latest, highest score and lowest score.

Should be able to fetch all reviews instead of just 5. I get more business when people can see that I have a lot of good reviews.  

What happened to this? All we need is for the API to show the latest 5 reviews not the 5 most helpful. Is this not going to be a thing?

Hi Google, has this feature been implemented yet? I've been searching for a way to change the default sort order of my reviews in the Knowledge Graph on Google search from "Most helpful" to "Most recent". This is really important because we've been working hard on improving our service and introducing new features so the most recent reviews provide people with the most accurate reflection the quality of the service we provide. Sorting the list of reviews chronologically will provide businesses with more incentive, and reward them, for providing customers with a quality service.

Looks like it has been acknowledged about 3 years ago without an update.
