Request summary:
There is a dimension for the basic MCF Channel Groups called mcf:basicChannelGrouping 
We would like to get our custom channel groups also via this api.

Use Cases:
Our customers want to use this api to get conversion data segmented in their specific definition of channels and not in the basic MCF channel group to import in other tools.

Question:
Is there a way to get those channel groups as dimension via the api? Will you implement it?
