This is good feedback, and it’s interesting because the reason we broke out those two sections is that so people like yourself could ignore them — and people who like them can focus on them. Both are healthy and growing (Circuit Breaker is a monster on Facebook already!) and we’ll keep evolving them alongside their audiences over time. Just like The Verge itself.

I was trying to get at this when I said it was slightly better on Android, but a lot of this UI is fiddly, hidden, and difficult to understand. It’s all steps in the right direction, and definitely the foundation of something better, but I don’t think the average person is going to do all of this stuff. I think you’re right, AI has to get involved here. Computers need to be smarter!
