Contest winner picker
When you make a contest / giveaway / raffle / sweepstake in your website / blog / forum you will need to pick the winner (or winners).
Here is a tool that will help you with this:

It is written with JavaScript, and it uses the Mersenne Twister random number generator to provide a uniform distribution of winners, and this way insure the fairness of the contest.
