Should I use Dreamweaver CS6 Built In Fluid Responsive Desgin?
Alright guys
I would look to be able to create the follow page
https://optimizepressplus.com/instru...sson-page-new/ but instead of it being for wordpress as an responsive HTML page.
I am wondering if I should use the built in fluid system in Adobe CS6, or in 2016 is there a better way to do this??
