De CSS-werkgroup bediscussiëert alle technische onderwerpen op een openbare mailinglijst, [email protected]. Zie „Als u wilt helpen” voor meer over die lijst.
De lijst van actuele concept-specificaties voor CSS en hun betekenis staat op de pagina „huidig werk & hoe bij te dragen.” Sinds maart 2008 gebruikt de groep Tracker voor het bijhouden van issues, acties en de ledenlijst. Zie ook de statuten van de werkgroep (versie 2016–2019).
De groep heeft ook een blog.
