  - Lead other visual designers
  - Collaborate with UX designers, other designers, Product Experts, Marketing Managers, R&D, and more, to deliver innovative and creative designs
  - Produce all assets required for the R&D teams
  - Build Design Systems
  - Review the final product to make sure it matches the design
