If you've been asked to provide a reference for an applicant to higher education, we have information and advice to help you, specific to the scheme they are applying through.

We're introducing a new Tariff for courses starting from September 2017. Applicants to higher education from September 2016 may see the new UCAS Tariff used in university and college entry requirements.

To help you manage your students' applications to UK universities, you can become a UCAS registered centre and use Apply for advisers, which enables you to link students to your centre.

UCAS Progress Search provides details of the post-16 courses and places to study in your area. It covers all options – academic courses, such as A levels, through to vocational courses such as BTECs, and work-based training like apprenticeships. If your students are registered with us, they can apply online and you can receive applications for your courses.
