Since 2004, Efrat has served as Arison Investments CEO, managing its subsidiaries and leading its values-based investments worldwide, and was also appointed Chairman in 2010. A qualified CPA, holding an EMBA from Kellogg-Recanati, a BA in Accounting and Economics and a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Appraisal and Management from Tel Aviv University, she also sits on four major industrial and philanthropic boards. Efrat is a member of the World Economic Forum’s prestigious Forum of Young Global Leaders, as well as the Clinton Global Initiative select Lead group, and is also a board member and a member of the Investment Committee for the Weizmann Global Endowment Management Trust, an endowment of the Weizmann Institute. Recognized for her outstanding professional and personal achievements, Forbes Israel ranked her No. 6 on Most Powerful Women in Israel (2013), and No. 4 on Israel's Five Leading Executives (2013). She is repeatedly ranked in Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in Business (No. 50 in 2012, and No. 44 in 2011), and was listed on Fortune's 10 Global Women on the Rise (2011), and Forbes World’s 100 Most Powerful Women (2009). She received the Northwestern University Alumni Merit Award (2013), and was honored Executive of the Year - Conglomerates by Stevie International Business Awards (2012). Efrat also serves as CEO of the Shari Arison Family Office (SAFO LLC. Miami).

Holding extensive experience as manager and financial director, Moshe is Arison Investment's Deputy CEO, who had also served as CFO for more than 6 years. He is a CPA, with a BA (Magna Cum Laude) in Accounting and Economics from Haifa University. Moshe also serves as Chairman of  Shikun & Binui, Arison Investments infrastructure and real estate company.

Itzik is Arison Investments CFO, previously serving as its Chief Economist and Deputy CFO. Prior to joining Arison Investments five years ago, he was a senior consultant with KPMG and CFO at Amdocs Global Operations and IT division. He is a qualified CPA, with an MBA in Finance, BA in Economics and Accounting and BA in Computer Science, all from Bar Ilan University, and holds diplomas from the Israeli CFO Forum and GSU in Risk Management and Finance Management for Boards.

For more than 7 years, Ido has served as chief attorney, legally overseeing long-term ventures and partnerships created at Arison Investments. He holds an Executive Education diploma from the Program for Management and Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School, and a LLB (Magna Cum Laude) from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Applying his managerial and technological experience of over 24 years, Meir Wietchner serves as Arison Investments Chief Strategy Officer since 2010, and is now its Chairman For four years (2009-2012) he was also CEO of Miya, Arison Investments water company,. Prior to joining Arison Investments, Meir was Chairman of EMI (2006-2008), Deputy CEO at Comverse Technologies (1997-2003), Real Time Division Manager at Nortel (1985-1997), and Managing Director at a venture capital firm and startup company. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University (2003), a BSc in Computer Science and a BA in Political Science, both from Bar Ilan University (1988).
