- How do I list my property?

- Click the List Your Space button.
- Fill out important details about your listing, provide pricing details and upload photos.
- Once your listing is created, don't forget to update your listing's calendar to make sure you only get inquiries for dates you have availability.
- When do I get paid?
- Payment will be transferred to your account 24 hours after your guest checks in. It will take a few days for your payout to be credited to your account. Note that payouts falling on weekend or public holidays will be issued the following working day.
- Is it free to list a property?
- Listing your property, whether it’s an entire apartment, a villa or even a tree house, is free! We only charge 3% when you receive a successful booking.
- How do I update my payout preference?
- Go to My Account, and click the Payout Preferences tab.
- Select your preferred payment mode. You can be paid either by bank transfer or via PayPal.
