Hi, I would just like to say that I am dissatisfied by the review you have posted. I feel as though your review has portrayed our services as uncaring and not bothered, whilst we have catered your every need, no matter how demanding they were. I have provided you with information on landmarks you wanted, recommended family-friendly attractions and you were told all necessities and about the area. I have given you the Wi-FI password, and given you clear and precise information on how to set it up after you have asked, and since I did not receive any further replies regarding the Wi-FI, I had assumed all was fine. You have called as well as emailed me on numerous occasions, and I have always been here to assist your every need. The housekeeper has shown you all you need to know regarding the house and a booklet was provided with clear directions and references to landmarks, places to eat and all other necessities. The teddy bear your daughter has lost has not been found my our housekeeper. She has searched extremely thoroughly throughout the whole apartment, and I am afraid it was nowhere to be seen. All other possessions that have been lost by our previous clients (including money) have been safely returned. I must say, I was extremely disappointed to see your review, as I feel as though I have assisted you extremely professionally and have dedicated a lot of time and research into your demands in order to give you a pleasant stay. I hope this clarifies the review to all potential clients. Yours Truly,
