The Leaflet is a snapshot of the work HLC does to fulfill its mission. Published six times a year, it provides updates, news and resources regarding HLC, accreditation and the higher education industry. Board Actions
At its November meeting, HLC’s Board of Trustees considered multiple proposed policy changes, adopted policy changes on second reading and took a number of institutional actions.
Preparing for the Revised Criteria
To help institutions prepare for the revised Criteria for Accreditation that go into effect September 2020, HLC has published new informational resources. In December, HLC also will begin updating the Assurance System to display the revised Criteria.
