Welcome and thank you so much for stopping by. I am Adrien – lead designer of Eclair Designs. Eclair Designs first started Etsy shop selling some handmade goodies for a very short period and we put the shop on hold for almost 3 years. And now, we are finally back!!
We aimed to offer chic, stylish and sophisticated website/blog templates, business cards, invitation cards and other graphic materials to suit your various of purposes.

Payment
• Coupon codes/discounts must be applied to the original order. No refunds for discounts will be given under any circumstances, after an order has been placed.
• Coupon codes, including returning customer discounts, are NOT applicable to custom blog design or custom logo design.
Shipping
• Blog add-ons will be sent within 1-2 business days.
• Installation of a blog theme can take up to 2 business days.
• All files that are not instant download will be sent to the email address associated with your Etsy account.
Refunds and Exchanges
However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are having any issue with your file, experiencing trouble setting up, or have any questions, feel free to contact us!

We reserve the right to request removal of the theme should the user has violated our terms in any way.
Since the files are downloaded upon receipt of payment, and cannot be returned, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We offer full support for 50 days after the date of sale. We're unable to answer questions that do not directly pertain to the theme or the add-ons you may have purchased. Inquiries are generally answered within 2 business days. If you don't receive a response within that timeframe, please resend your message.

• We are not responsible for fixing your blog if your blog broke/crushed because of the code you have altered. We do offer tech support for an additional fee if you need help with this.
