E-applications concerning legal protection of trade marks and industrial designs, renewal, changes in the data and transfer of rights and ownership can be filed with the Estonian Patent Office via the portal of e-services.
Moreover it is possible to file electronic revocation applications of trade marks to the Industrial Property Board of Appeal in this portal.
Through the portal, you can submit an international e-application under the Madrid Protocol, provided that you already have an Estonian national application or registration for the same trade mark.

The owner of the best trade mark of the final month of this year is Ligipääsuke OÜ, a company run by just two people, whose services greatly benefit society. Jakob Rosin and Maarja Metsla-Rosin are sought-after advocates for groups of people whose voices are often unheard in public.
The aim of the study was to identify which companies protect their trade marks, designs and inventions and why, as well as the reasons some choose not to safeguard their intellectual propery. A total of 401 companies were surveyed, half of which owned registered intellectual property.
