Since January 2013, Robert Bonomo has been with Cognizant. In his current role, he is responsible for the technical quality and services to all customers in the DACH and Eastern European region. Robert Bonomo has more than 28 years of IT experience in the financial services industry.

He studied computer science in Switzerland, and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester, New York (USA) and an Executive MBA from the University of Bern.

Anthony Corbaz

Anthony Corbaz works at Cognizant Switzerland since 2009, initially as a representative for Western Switzerland and now as a client partner for Life Sciences. As a business professional with extensive cross-industry experience of over 20 years he has specialized in the fields Business Management, Business Development, and International Project Management. 

He studied at the HEC Lausanne Business School and has an MA in economics.

Christiane Di Filippo

Christiane Di Filippo overlooks a long international career in human resources and is head of Cognizant Switzerland’s HR department since 2015. She is responsible for the nationwide staff management and development and is strongly committed to the strategic positioning as an attractive employer.

She has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management with AKAD Management School Zurich and completed a Business Administration degree (with main focus on banking) at the Swiss Business School in Geneva.

Simon Erdmann

Head of Digital Business Switzerland

In his role as Head of Cognizant Business Consulting (CBC), Simon Erdmann leads Cognizant Switzerland’s management consulting services. Since 2010 he is responsible for the daily management and implementation of customer projects in various industries and is leading the international team of experts for Global Sourcing.

Simon Erdmann brings a lot of expertise in the areas of business consulting, digital transformation, management and strategy due to his years of work in different areas and businesses.

Sandra Kaspar

As Cognizant Technology Solutions AG’s Field Marketing director, Sandra Kaspar is responsible for Cognizant’s marketing strategy. She is a member of the Leadership Team and as a specialist in Pursuit / Bid Marketing, Account-Based / Client Centric Marketing and Market & Client Development ensures the generation of new business contacts.

Sandra Kaspar is a full blooded sales person with two decades as marketing professional to her credit. The last ten years as a marketing executive in the ICT sector (DACH and EMEA) have provided her with a broad knowledge on topics such as data center solutions, cloud computing, software technology and outsourcing.

In his role as Head Talent Acquisition, Beat Roncato is responsible for the strategic recruitment of Cognizant in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He works for Cognizant since 2010 and has 15 years experience in the fields of recruitment, human resource consulting as well as in account- and project management.

Dominik Steiner

As Sales Director, Dominik is responsible for the successful positioning of Cognizant in Switzerland. He has over 25 years of cross-industry experience. Due to his various positions with technology and service providers, Dominik is well linked to Swiss industry representatives.
