Versatile, powerful and flexible RPA
Comentários: It ensures optimal automation of repetitive tasks, streamlining workflows and freeing users from routine tasks. In addition, its ease of use means that no programming language skills are required to create bots.
Vantagens:
It has a nice interface that is easy to understand for a non-technical person. Provides ease of integration without the need to disrupt legacy systems. The most common features can be accessed through shortcuts. It has a good set of tools to automate various marketing, accounting, ERP and other processes.
Desvantagens:
The only thing that I consider that can be improved so far is the parameter management, which needs to be faster and more intuitive.

Automation Anywhere is the Ultimate Facilitator
Comentários: We LOVE IT. Couldn't imagine using one of the other big automation toolsets out there given our experience. It's allowed a bunch of accountants to automate anything and everything.
Vantagens:
Automation Anywhere (AA) is the perfect facilitator. It starts tasks and guides them through the entire process from one step to the next. We've learned over the years that we don't need AA to do everything (even though it mostly can!). It's much better as a facilitator that can move processes between steps. As a result we use it in conjunction with VBA, Java and Python code.In addition, AA is well priced and allows us to keep costs as a minimum. Finally, AA is meant for anyone to use. I'm a tax accountant by trade and we were able to pick the software up easily enough with no formal programming training. We do work with AA across all aspects of our global enterprise. It has really become a partner to our back office personnel.
Desvantagens:
When Automation Anywhere (AA) has done large upgrades over the years it's often times been incredibly painful as we migrate from one version to the next. This has led to down time and rather frustrating stretches of time as we work through the issues and try to get bots working again. Additionally, in our history, it seems that AA often times rushes product and ideas to market without fully testing them, preferring, rather, for it's customers to be the beta testers in real time. This has led to times where we thought functionality was going to be available, but it wasn't working correctly at time of release. Again, frustrating, but by no means a deal breaker.

Web data extraction is powerful
Comentários: It is a really good experience because it allows the user to extract data from over 80% of common web interfaces. But using these data later with counters and loops is not a really good experience. I use it very well, but it's very "ugly" !!
Vantagens:
Automation Anywhere provides powerful tools for automating tasks, but I think many of the commands that AA implements are complicating life like string manipulations, however I do like the Web Data Extraction because it gives a great experience while automating web applications and extracting data from web pages.
Desvantagens:
Making things easy enough to allow non developers to make dev tasks and automations is not a good idea : these non developers will make low quality and bad coded solutions thatw will make the developer's task more complex.

Comentários: Automation Anywhere is, in my opinion, the greatest option if you have a significant workload and want your employees to collaborate on a single platform so that they may work remotely as well. It's useful for businesses of any size, helps you multitask, and adds tremendous value to your operation. It's a great innovation that helps in many different ways. Modern technology forms the basis for widespread automation, with solutions available for virtually any imaginable repetitive task, including but not limited to accounting and sales paperwork. Because of how cheap it is, I would recommend it to any business looking for a reliable RPA.

With the help of a new technology called Automation Anywhere, I can avoid doing the same actions repeatedly by simply adhering to a set of rules for getting things done. Its system of automated procedures is first-rate. I like the high-tech automated processes it provides. It offers a variety of resources that may be used to build Bots quickly and effectively. Because of Automation Anywhere, it is now straightforward to handle [a large] work. I now have to do this on a daily basis, and I've delegated some of the jobs to Automation Anywhere's IQ Bot, so at least I'm not doing it all by myself. Just a single copy of the information is kept. Both my accounting and sales teams have benefited from it. Automation Anywhere couldn't be easier for the average user when it comes to setting up. The most exciting part of this tool is the opportunity to order all Bots by showing the vital material we intend to transmit.
Desvantagens:
Out-of-the-box artificial intelligence and machine learning features like image classification and NLP are not yet available in Automation Anywhere. Automation Anywhere 360, the newest release, is not stable. More frequent updates are being received. Control room integration problems with bot agents are a rare occurrence in Automation Anywhere 360.

Comentários: My experience is overall very good - being a Functional person I was still able to have the grasp of the tool and got myself certified in Advance RPA Certification. Product is robust and generate quick ROI. AARI is the new armor added in the arsenal which makes it more robust.
Vantagens:
Best thing about Automation Anywhere is the ease with which basic Bots can be created and also the functionality it provides for creating custom scripting in complex Use Cases. Cognitive bots like IQ Bots are also robust. Training new workforce is easy and solution can be generated with lesser Turn Around time.
Desvantagens:
Tool is costly compared to the other RPA tools available in the market but the great part is the features it provides which are making it a market leader. So yes its expensive but its worth the investment if you are looking from a strategic perspective.
